I consider myself to be a pretty active person. I was never into organized sports, but I took ice skating lessons till I was 13 and ran a lot on my own in high school/beginning of college (my mom and I have run 8 half marathons each!). Then I did a lot of indoor cycling and now with trying to heal my tummy issues, I’m focusing on low impact workouts like yoga, abs/body weight exercises, walking, and swimming. I probably don’t work out quuiiite as much as I did in the past, but I still consider myself to be pretty active.
